How to Cancel Your EveryDay VoIP Service
If you no longer require your EveryDay VoIP service, you can request cancellation directly through your Customer Portal in just a few simple steps.
Step 1 – Log in to the Customer Portal
Log in using the Customer Portal for your region:
- United Kingdom: www.everydayvoip.uk/customer
- United States: www.everydayvoip.com/customer
- Europe: www.everydayvoip.eu/customer
Enter your account credentials to access your dashboard.
Step 2 – Navigate to Your TrunksOnce logged in, select Trunks from the Customer Portal menu. This page displays all active SIP trunks and services associated with your account.
Step 3 – Cancel Your ServiceLocate the trunk or service you wish to cancel.
Under the Actions menu, click Cancel. Your cancellation request will be submitted, and your service will be scheduled for cancellation in accordance with your agreement.
Important Information- Cancelling your trunk or service through the Customer Portal will initiate the cancellation process for that specific service.
- If your account is still within a minimum contract term, you will remain responsible for any outstanding contractual charges up to the end of your agreed term.
- Any unpaid invoices or outstanding balances must be settled before your account can be fully closed.
- Once your service has been cancelled, access to the cancelled service will cease in accordance with your cancellation date.
