What Does Unlimited Calling Mean on an EveryDay VoIP Plan?
When an EveryDay VoIP plan includes unlimited calling, this means qualifying calls to the destinations included in that specific plan are covered by the plan.
Unlimited calling does not mean that every telephone number or every country worldwide can be called without additional charges.
Your plan may be limited by:
- Included countries
- Included geographic destinations
- Eligible landline numbers
- Eligible mobile numbers
- Excluded premium-rate numbers
- Excluded special service numbers
- Excluded satellite destinations
- Other non-standard or high-cost destinations
For example, a plan that includes unlimited UK calls applies to eligible UK destinations covered by that plan. A plan with international calling benefits applies only to the international destinations included in that particular plan.
If you call a destination that is outside your plan allowance, the call may be charged separately at the applicable rate.
Customers should always review the inclusions of their selected plan rather than assuming that the word “unlimited” applies to all calls worldwide.
