Subscriber ID – What It Is and Why We Ask for It

 What Is My Subscriber ID?

Your Subscriber ID is your unique EveryDay VoIP account number. It allows us to identify your account quickly and securely when you contact us.

Each customer has their own Subscriber ID, which is linked to their registered account and services.

Why Do You Ask for My Subscriber ID?

We ask for your Subscriber ID to:

  • Verify your account.
  • Protect your privacy and security.
  • Locate your services quickly.
  • Reduce delays when providing support.

Providing your Subscriber ID helps us resolve your enquiry much faster.

Do I Also Need to Provide My Email Address?

Yes.

For security reasons, we may ask you to confirm the email address registered on your account. The email address provided must match the one associated with your Subscriber ID.

If the details do not match, we may be unable to discuss or make changes to your account until ownership has been verified.

Where Can I Find My Subscriber ID?

Your Subscriber ID can usually be found:

  • In your EveryDay VoIP Customer Portal.
  • On your invoices.
  • In your welcome email.
  • On other account-related communications from EveryDay VoIP.
What If I Can't Find My Subscriber ID?

If you cannot locate your Subscriber ID, please log in to your Customer Portal where it is displayed within your account.

If you are unable to access your portal, raise a support ticket and provide your registered email address. Our team will assist you with verifying your account and regaining access where appropriate.

Why Is This Important?

Protecting your account is a priority. By verifying both your Subscriber ID and registered email address, we help prevent unauthorised access and ensure that account changes are only made for the legitimate account holder.
