EveryDay VoIP allows you to transfer (or port) your existing telephone number from your current provider to our network, subject to eligibility and approval by your existing provider.
Before You Request a PortTo help ensure your number transfer is successful:
- Do not cancel your existing service.
- Ensure the account with your current provider remains active.
- Make sure your account details match exactly with your current provider's records.
- Check that there are no outstanding issues preventing the transfer.
Cancelling your service before the port is completed may result in the permanent loss of your telephone number.

- Your current provider's name.
- Your account number (if applicable).
- The telephone number(s) to be transferred.
- A recent bill from your current provider.
