Understanding Your Monthly Billing
EveryDay VoIP services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew on your billing date unless your service has been cancelled through the Customer Portal before your renewal date.
How Are Payments Taken?Payments are automatically collected using the payment method saved on your account.
To avoid service interruption, please ensure your payment details remain valid and up to date.
Can I Receive a Refund?Payments made for recurring subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, unless otherwise required by law or specifically agreed by EveryDay VoIP.
If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate.
What Happens If My Payment Fails?If your payment cannot be processed:
- We may attempt to collect payment again.
- Your invoice will remain outstanding until paid.
- Your services may be restricted, suspended, or terminated if payment is not received.
- Any outstanding balance remains payable.
Cancelling a Direct Debit, card payment, or raising a payment dispute with your bank does not automatically cancel your EveryDay VoIP subscription.
Customers remain responsible for cancelling their service through the Customer Portal before the next renewal date.
Where Can I View My Invoices?You can view and download your invoices, payment history, and billing information at any time by logging into your Customer Portal.
