How Do I View and Download My Invoices?

EveryDay VoIP makes it easy to access your invoices at any time through the Customer Portal.

All invoices are available online, allowing you to view, download and keep a copy for your records.

Step 1 – Log In to the Customer Portal

Log in to the Customer Portal for your region:

Step 2 – Navigate to Billing

Once you've signed in, select Billing from the main menu.

The Billing section contains your invoices, payments and account balance.

Step 3 – View Your Invoices

Select Invoices to display your invoice history.

For each invoice you'll be able to view:

  • Invoice number
  • Invoice date
  • Due date
  • Invoice status
  • Total amount
Step 4 – Download an Invoice

Select the invoice you wish to view.

You can download a PDF copy for your personal records or printing.

Can I View Previous Invoices?

Yes.

Your Customer Portal stores your invoice history, allowing you to access previous invoices whenever you need them.

Can I See Whether an Invoice Has Been Paid?

Yes.

Each invoice displays its current status, such as:

  • Paid
  • Unpaid
  • Partially Paid
  • Overdue

This allows you to quickly see whether any payment is outstanding.

Can I Print My Invoice?

Yes.

All invoices can be downloaded as PDF documents, making them suitable for printing or saving electronically.

Will I Receive My Invoice by Email?

Depending on your account preferences, you may also receive invoice notifications by email.

Regardless of your notification settings, all invoices remain available in your Customer Portal.
