How Do I Update My Payment Method?
You can update your payment method at any time through the EveryDay VoIP Customer Portal.
Keeping your payment details up to date helps ensure your services continue without interruption.
Step 1 – Log In to the Customer PortalSign in to the Customer Portal for your region:
- United Kingdom: www.everydayvoip.uk/customer
- United States: www.everydayvoip.com/customer
- Europe: www.everydayvoip.eu/customer
Once you've signed in, scroll to the bottom right-hand side of the Customer Portal dashboard.
Step 3 – Select Update Card DetailsClick Update Card Details.
You'll be redirected to our secure payment page where you can safely update your debit or credit card information.
Step 4 – Save Your New CardEnter your new payment details and follow the on-screen instructions to save your card.
Your updated payment method will be used for future invoices and recurring payments.
Is My Payment Information Secure?Yes.
EveryDay VoIP uses a secure payment gateway to process card payments. Your payment details are encrypted and handled securely by our payment provider.
EveryDay VoIP does not store your full debit or credit card details.
When Will My New Card Be Used?Once your card has been successfully updated, it will automatically be used for future recurring payments and any new invoices issued to your account.
Updating your payment details before your next billing date helps avoid failed payments and ensures your services continue without interruption.
