Cancelling Your EveryDay VoIP Service
To cancel your EveryDay VoIP service, you must submit your cancellation through the Customer Portal.
This process is designed to ensure that only the account holder can authorise the cancellation of their service and helps protect customers from unauthorised account closures.
Customer ResponsibilityIt is the customer's responsibility to:
- Log in to the Customer Portal.
- Submit the cancellation request using the online cancellation option.
- Ensure the cancellation has been completed before the next billing date.
Simply stopping payment or sending an email does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Manual Cancellation RequestsIf you are unable to access your Customer Portal, you may request that our Billing Team manually cancel your account.
Please note that manual cancellations require staff intervention and are therefore subject to an administration fee of US$5.00.
Before requesting a manual cancellation, we recommend attempting to access your Customer Portal or contacting us if you are experiencing login issues.
Will I continue to be billed?Yes. Recurring billing will continue until your account has been successfully cancelled.
To avoid future charges, please ensure your cancellation is completed before your next renewal date.
