Are Mobile Numbers Included in EveryDay VoIP Residential Plans?

Some EveryDay VoIP residential plans include calls to both eligible landline and mobile numbers.

However, mobile calling inclusion depends on:

  • The residential plan selected
  • The destination country
  • The type of number being called
  • Whether that destination and number type are included in the plan

A plan that includes calls to a particular country does not always mean that every mobile network, premium number or special service number in that country is included.

For this reason, customers should check the specific inclusions of their selected plan before making frequent calls to international mobile numbers.

Where an eligible mobile destination is included in the plan, qualifying calls may be covered by the plan allowance.

Where a mobile destination is not included, the call may be charged separately at the applicable calling rate.

Premium-rate numbers, special service numbers, satellite numbers and other non-standard destinations should not be assumed to be included unless specifically stated.
