Step by step guide how to complete a porting application on our customer portal.
Sign in to our customer portal, by clicking login from our homepage:
Once logged in, please click on the porting tab:
Click add from the top right hand corner:
Complete the form ensuring all the areas in red are completed, then click check:
Review your porting application and pricing, then click next:
Choose your porting date, chose the location of your service and click next:
Upload your verification documents and click next:
Ensure that the information provided in the summary is correct:
Your application has been submitted. That status will change as the application progresses.
