If your device has been purchased from us, please follow the following steps:
- Step 1 - Plug the Ethernet cable from the back of your modem into the back of your ATA unit
- Step 2 - Plug in your power adapter to the ATA unit and your power supply
- Step 3 - Connect your phone line to your telephone device and the ATA unit.
- Step 4 - May a test call to customer service by dialling 100.
If the above steps do not work, please follow the following troubleshooting steps.
Reboot your device. Once rebooted, you should have two lights full blue showing on your device. Once shown, please attempt to make a call.
If this does not work, please hold done the reset button for 60 seconds and after five minutes, re attempt the call again.
