How to check the status of my porting request?

Step by step guide, how to check your porting status via our customer portal.

Go to our website and click login from the top right hand corner: porting landing1

Once signed in, please click on the porting tab: porting landing

Once on the porting tab, you will see your existing porting application:porting landing8

Click view, so see your porting application in detail:porting landing9-2

Here you can see a summary of your request, including the status and the requested porting date:porting landing10
