Step by step procedure for closing your account, via our customer portal.
Logon to our website and click login and enter your login credentials: 
Once logged in, click on trunks:
Once on the trunks page, please click the cancel button under actions: 
The system will prompt you to confirm if you wish to proceed:
Once you have clicked proceed, your account will be closed and a confirmation will be provided at the top right hand corner of the page as a notification.
